Concept: This intervention was carried out within the framework of the “Urban Walls” festival, held in the summer of 2021 by one of the largest shopping centers in Barcelona: La Maquinista. In general terms, the approach was simple: They wanted to evoke the sensation of summer, vacations, fun and enjoyment in the open air that a year before had been due to the pandemic; This festival served as a re-opening event for the shopping center and included not only murals but also various cultural offerings that lasted approximately 2 weeks.
