Barcelona, summer 2021, marked the beginning of a new urban art project in the city: Urban Walls, the place?La Maquinista, one of the largest shopping centers in the city and possibly in all of Catalonia.

At the beginning of May I was invited to participate in this initiative in which not only murals and live-painting performances would be developed, but it would also bring with it a whole new cultural offer that would last until June 19, in which musicians from , plastic artists and dancers, even skaters and screen printers.

This time my work had 2 parts, the first, to transfer to the wall the image that the design team made for the festival and the second, to design and paint a mural that reflected the sensations that a new summer would bring with it, with outdoor activities and the enjoyment of actions as simple as sunbathing; It is at this point that I focus my proposal, with bright colors and the portrait of a dear friend who conveyed to me everything she wanted to represent and who was more than happy that I portrayed her for this project.

Currently the piece continues in La Maquinista, being almost the only one that still remains.

I leave you the links to learn more about the project and the artists who participated:
