These terms and conditions are relevant to each order that is placed and each agreement reached through zurik.es.
By completing an order on the online store, you agree to these terms and conditions.

f. We ship our products with Correos de España (for regular shipments) and with Seur, Keavo and DHL for Express Shipping. For regular shipments, international packages are usually handled by a second national carrier once the package has cleared customs. The number of delivery attempts varies depending on the delivery country and the local company handling the shipment. In general, the delivery is made twice before taking the package to a delivery point where they remain around 15 days, in which case the transport company will inform you about it. e. We will refund you once we have received the complete product, unused and in good condition. An email confirmation and refund will be sent within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product. You will receive your refund through the same payment method used to make your purchase.

In the event that you return only parts of the order or in the event that you return the product in poor condition, you will be entitled to receive the value corresponding to what you have returned to us. The refund will be the equivalent of the returned products and in case of damage only 50% of the value will be returned (excluding shipping costs).
g. When you send us back a product, we will indicate the address to which you must do it, do not return the product to the same address from which it was sent.


a. In the event of a damaged product or if we ship the wrong color or size of the product you ordered, you are entitled to delivery of a new one that is undamaged.
