February followed a bit in the wake of January (See entry) with a restructuring of what I would like to do this year and the ideas I have to carry out.

In terms of painting it has been a very quiet month, with a single, very simple interior mural project for a rural house and preparing everything for the first big project of the year that will come in March, you know, budgets, purchasing paint, some logistics (since it is in another city) and chains of emails finalizing all the details.

GOODBYE STUDIO

Among other things, my studio has changed locations and this has consumed a large part of my time.

Old studio

Preparing everything for the move, leaving certain things behind and incorporating new ones has been a process that has taken longer than I expected but which I know will pay off in the future, dividing spaces and optimizing processes as much as possible (an area of design , one for paint and one for a new laser cutting machine) is now a priority, as this is the only time of year I can focus on getting everything organized.

I’m looking forward to finishing the new workspace and getting into production, also to go out and paint more pieces and take advantage of the good weather. We’ll see what March has in store for us, for now, thank you very much for following the blog and see you next month!
